  • I moved to Pennsylvania from NYC and one of my current joys is watching the deer roam in my backyard.
  • I love tea and make my own custom blends.
  • I believe my infectious smile, attentive listening and cheerleading skills are my biggest healing tools.
 

Tenisha Simon helps clients to radiate joy, attain wellness and find purpose in their life. She takes a person-centered and holistic approach to helping clients achieve their mental and physical health goals. She believes in creating wellness and balance in life by assessing relationship, financial, mental, physical, nutritional, spiritual, stress and sleep patterns. 

 

Tenisha Simon believes that strengthening the therapeutic relationship between provider and patient is the most important goal of each session. The client should leave feeling educated and empowered to make a positive lifestyle change.
