Our family truly enjoyed our time spent at Villa Miramar!! Our visit was made even more special having Jamie there to help suggest and coordinate our needs! We highly recommend all interested visitors consider this property first! Definitely worth every penny!!

This property impressed them completely. On my end, planning for 10 people on an island that
you have never visited can be a challenge. But, property manager, Jamie, made it easy. She scheduled a private chef that was awesome, made dinner reservations for all of us and just in general was such a pleasure to meet. Awesome experience all the way around.

Miramar is one of those homes that you can’t wait to return to. The house is beautiful and perfect for family and friends. Jamie Lamering was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Sometimes pictures do not really portray the realities of a property. I loved the photos of the house and when we arrived it was everything I hoped it would be. Beautiful views, attractive furnishings, secure gated property – everything you would need or want in a vacation rental.

There were nine adults in our group and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Miramar. The villa is as good, if not better, than the description on the web site. It is located directly across from Buck Island on the north shore on the east end of St Croix. The property manager was most helpful with orientation of the villa, write ups on where to dine, fun things to do, and events taking place on the island. She also recommended an excellent chef who prepared some wonderful meals for our group at the house. The villa is remarkable. The views, the infinity pool, the accommodations, were all outstanding. It did help that the weather was perfect every day of our stay. All in all, high marks for the villa and the property manager.

Miramar is a most luxurious home situated on the most beautiful of Caribbean Sea-front settings. The sea and Buck Island views are spectacular from virtually every corner of the house, from every bedroom and common area. The rooms are decorated and finished with great elegance: from Italian granite, coral stone and Travertine throughout, and the furniture, artwork, oriental rugs – even to the luxurious bedding and accessories. I doubt there is another home in the Caribbean that can compare. The interior walls and ceilings are even faux painted! The waterfront travertine deck is a delight that we never wanted to leave day or night, with heated color lighted infinity pool, multiple dining and seating areas, luxurious chaises, a state of the art barbecue and fabulous steady breezes. During the day the boats, kite surfers and pelicans were a frequent delight, and at night a most amazing sky. Jamie’s kind manner and advice about what to do and where to go made this all a vacation I will look to soon repeat with family and friends.

The perfect 5 Star Caribbean experience. We felt like we were in paradise. The whole ambiance of the house, inside and outdoors, is truly outstanding. Jamie, the House Manager, went out of her way to seamlessly make everything right. Each room is decorated to make you feel like royalty. The interior decor and quality is exquisite & charming. The marble, coral and lantern lighted outdoor oceanfront area is as elegant as it gets for sunning, lounging, dining and swimming, day and night. The large heated Infinity pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea with a dramatic view of Buck Island and passing sails. It was my favorite place to be, for hours a day. More easterly than the continental U.S. I watched the most amazing sunrise. Simply paradise on earth. Immaculate, very luxurious and spacious. We didn’t want to leave.

Miramar is an extraordinarily special, one-of-a-kind place. The privacy, the views, the amazing pool, the luxurious décor, the artwork, and the relaxation it provides are without equal. There is a lot to do in the St. Croix area, including beautiful sailing/snorkeling/beach excursions and charming restaurants, but what was hands-down most memorable to us was enjoying the whole Miramar experience on the property itself. We were able to fully escape, unwind, and refresh ourselves. We wanted to stay forever! The owner was very gracious and accommodating and the house manager was fabulous. The house is very spacious and beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we needed and could have wanted for a perfect vacation. We will certainly be back! Highly recommended!

I have traveled all over the world but this was one of the nicest vacations I’ve had. The tranquility and magnificent facilities and location of the house really made it the perfect Carribean getaway. The quality and detailing of the house were obviously high-end and no aesthetic detail was omitted. The house was immaculate and had everything, down to embroidered towels with the Miramar name. The accommodations were really tremendous – many separate bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious common areas but it also felt intimate and very much like home. The amazing hilltop water view, while swimming at night in the lighted infinity pool, was the highlight for us. Looking forward to next time!

Four generations of my family celebrated a 90th birthday, a wedding anniversary and the joys of a an adventurous 10 year old. Jamie was a wonderful host . She paid immediate attention to our needs but allowed us complete privacy during our stay. Miramar is a real architectural Gem. The open design and beautiful décor is quite amazing. 270 degree view are for real, we saw sunset and sunrise from the terrace. We will cherish this as one of our best vacation ever. Thanks

I recently returned from a week long stay at Miramar with my family and friends. As stated in the other reviews the property is absolutely spectacular inside and out. I have rented many other luxury properties and Miramar is right at the top of the list. The opulence of the home is undeniable and Jamie, the property manager, made sure our stay was exceptional. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone considering vacationing in the Caribbean.

Our stay at Villa Miramar was amazing. The villa is superior to any other 5 star rental villa at which we have stayed. The furnishings, decor and amenities are truly lavish. The location on the east end of the island is perfect, with the best view perhaps on the entire island of St. Croix. The negative edge pool was where we spent much of our time. Jamie, the property manager, was terrific and arranged for anything we needed. A private chef came to the villa and prepared our dinners when we did not feeling like leaving the property’s grounds. We highly recommend villa Miramar to anyone seeking a 5 star + destination.

We have visited Miramar two years in a row with a group of 4 couples. The views are breathtaking and would not hesitate to visit again and again. The house manager makes sure that all your needs are taken care of but is always unobtrusive. The en-suite bathrooms are a huge bonus. Our second year we hired a local chef to provide our food, so we went out to dinner less and were able to enjoy the villa even more.

Villa Miramar is a very exceptional vacation property. Everything is first class.
The grandeur of the great room, the spectacular master suites and bathrooms and beautiful art work combine to make this villa awesome. The outdoors continues to impress with beautiful ocean views of Buck Island, sail boats and wind surfers. The infinity pool and deck furniture all add to the experience. The property manager Jamie was wonderful to deal with and had spot on restaurant recommendations. She is very discrete and privacy was not an issue. We were two couples and all had a very relaxing wonderful time. Other than the wind taking some time to adjust to everything was great. Would certainly recommend this villa

I have stayed at many 5 star resorts and lavish homes, but the quality of Villa Miramar exceeds them all.
Miramar’s outstanding furnishings, finishings and artwork, and premier location with vistas of the sea and Buck Island from virtually every room, are incomparable. Moreover, the expansive outdoor seaside area for dining, sunning and relaxing, with large heated infinity edge pool, passing pelicans and boats, and gentle winds that make it virtually insect free day and night. Amenities including privacy, gym, wireless WiFi and HD Dish TV throughout, maid service and available chef all contributed to the ideal vacation experience. I learned from locals that Miramar is one of the Virgin Islands’ most famous estates that its new owner recently made available for rental.
I give it 10 stars! Truly exceptional and one of a kind!

Villa Miramar was a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation. Spent most of the time around the pool spending time with family. Never tired of the views or of the beautiful sunsets. The property manager is wonderful. She is so sweet and reminds me of my daughter. Would love to go back.
