Death & Co. Coffee Syrup

Formulated in conjunction with NYC’s iconic cocktail bar, Death & Co. Working closely with their team, Jack Rudy developed a versatile, balanced coffee syrup for utilization across home and bar.

It starts with cold brew from California’s beloved Captain + Stoker, a roaster and shop based in Montery, CA. A blend of natural Ethiopian and Brazilian beans lends tasting notes of stone fruit, baker’s chocolate and apricot. Made with real cane sugar, the syrup is the ideal base for the best Espresso Martini or coffee cocktail. The concentrated formula is also developed for use in frozen drink applications, in the kitchen, drizzled over (or blended into) ice cream and non-alcoholic beverages, or as a sweetener for your morning coffee.
